            I will add some pictures later but want to get this post out there because we in the ALS community know that time is so important. I first want to say my husband has been taking Reliv since May 28 of 20014. It was within 24 hours he was seeing changes. These changes only he was seeing then he pointed them out to me. Gary is a very independent person so as his partner even though I want to rush in and take over...I have to care from a distance. I share that to share when he says look what I can do it is BIG. I mentioned in past post about the changes that are taking place so you may want to view the past post to see where he was and was has been happening. I am writing this post to say now that we have gotten by some of the immediate changes I am seeing like all good things there will be a need for lifestyle changes to really see quickly what this product can do to the depths of this disease.

         So I have to admit that at first when my friend shared with us a second time about the Reliv and the nutrition it was able to supply for Garys health needs I was interested. He had been taking a lot of boost and ensure because of weight loss and serious health decline in Jan and February of 2014. So we were interested in the nutrition simple to give him better quality of life while we were coming to a end of this journey with ALS. So that he just did not agonize and waste away. We had no ideal we would be seeing the changes that we started seeing. With in 30 days he was able to wiggle his toes and pick up his feet to walk. When doing a interview with a Professor from Duke University concerning the changes we have seen it became aware to me that there were a lot more changes that had occurred that we had over looked. I will list those since I have not mentioned them in past post.

He no longer needed to have a rag with him for his mouth drool 

He could now lift his legs and feet to put on pants

His hand writing is now legible

He is using power tools to make his son a birthday gift

His prostate is noticeably better when urinating

You can not keep him down...until he wears out. This is one of the main reasons I am writing this post. Consistency is a biggy for everything and it is the same with this product and the same with a lifestyle that promotes a healthy body. Because we are talking about a disease that is deemed terminal without a possibility for cure I am seeing My husband and I really need to get our act together. We had lost hope over the last couple of years and now we are seeing slowing of the disease and restoration. The time is NOW :)

1. This product can not work if it is not taken and to see the truest results it needs to be taken consistently. Remember how I shared that Gary is a very independent person. Well at times this means when he is down and tired after over doing it I am then called to be his helpmate. He does not always like this I will not lie about that but when he gets to the other side of the low he is truly grateful. Now I also would like to remind you this road has been long and hard for both of us and our families almost 5 years now since major symptoms so we are all a little worn for the trip. Our faithful Lord and Savior has injected our lives with other encouragement when we get stuck, even in the simplest things.So my dear friend had to remind me that I could help him with the consistency part LOL. Friends and family please hear me, we who are facing our loved ones with ALS daily can most certainly be diagnosed with PTSD ourselves. I am truly serious because of the stress in daily living memory and thought process is a little out of whack LOL. So I am asking for your gentle nudges of help. Helping our loved one to be consistent with the nutritional product to get it in them is of course most important. Many times by pointing it out to them and asking how can I help you to be more consistent. Some of the things we have just  incorporated is having a list of daily MUSTs and times to be done. We also put a back up plan for alarm reminders on the his cell phone. This may seem like over kill but I also have a daughter with serious crohnes disease taking the Reliv and sometimes I am not sure who had what :). This is just the beginning of working toward a more consistent lifestyle for a platform for your best health results from the Reliv product.
2.  Drinking plenty of water. My doctor just asked me how much water I drank on the day of my appointment and I said I am doing pretty good but need to do better. He then asked ok just a guess of how many ounces today. This made me really think hard...I could not recall drinking any water for the last 3 days ( even though I thought I was doing OK) time and days just get away from you. Needless to say when and how much water is also on the reminders list and phone.
3. Sleep we all need this but our PALS again to give them the best platform for healing this is so important. If it is not happening ask yourself and your pals how this can change. I am hearing at the very least 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
4. Exercise I will not get into the details because there are so many options out there. I just to be sure to have it listed as a much needed piece to what ever extent possible.
5. Goals this is what motivates us all to put our feet on the floor ever morning. If you are the person who had them once and has given up on them, its time to get started again. This is what I love about tomorrow, there is that glimmer of hope again. Believe me my little goals are constantly changing. My larger goals yes have changed too in light of this disease. But my Largest Goal has not I had just lost track of it and that is helping others from where ever God has me today and in whatever chapter of my life. As I was sharing this with Gary he was enlightened to the fact that today he himself can have goals. That is part of what can happen with ALS you loose site and loose hope and just kinda float along with life. Reliv has helped to bring a twinkle back into Garys eyes and he says setting goals again just makes sense. :) Goals are healthy
6. Spiritually connected for peace and strength through all of this, this is God opening the doors for healing and restoration and we are giving Him ALL the Glory Thank you Father.
7. Managing stress you hear it all the time. What does it mean really? Pick it apart it is very serious part of a healthy life platform.

I am sure there are more that I can add but unfortunately my time is running out for today. I would like to recommend to you some reading from Dr Daniel Amen from Amen clinics. I have read several of his books and they are excellent. The one I would recommend to be most helpful to ensure the healthy lifestyle platform would be Change Your Brain Change Your Body - Your Ultimate Brain Body Makeover. The cd's can just be put in the car while driving. But if you are already on brain overload and feel yourself shutting down or just treading water I would pray about asking a friend to help. I would ask this friend to please study this material and invest in you. Ask for a 6 month investment.  A extra bonus is if it would be a friend with OCD :) I always like to chuckle and share with my friend that this friend with ADD ( me ) would like to request help from you my friend with OCD. Now on the funny part it may drive you nuts a bit but love them with Gods love because as they help you your ADD will drive them nuts and love will win this one. Together it can be a REAL friendship and in the end you will both benefit. 

Hope this all helps to bring to light that in the end there is no magic pill that if this Reliv product can cause the slow down of ALS which it has in a handful of people I have spoken to and actual reverse the symptoms again it has truly done exactly that then with all our ducks in a row ( a lifestyle with a healthy platform ) do we have a possible CURE. 

I am asking for anyone that reads this for prayer for the involvement of Dr Daniel Amens Clinics and his Brain Spect Scans to be part of and ALS research and clinics. That somehow someone can help get the word out to them that we need thier help. I would specifically like to see Dr Daniel Amens Group to be a part of the clinical trial Dr Richard Bedlack is putting together for ALS patients and the Reliv products with Lunasin. This would be just a big time saving tool to have the before during and after brain spect scans in the way Amen Clinics performs them with their many years of experience and on going research. Time is not on our side. I believe God can make the connections and networking needed to see this happen. He is a God of miracles and that is His desire.

More Healing...

With summer here and of course the bugs come with it. Gary is enjoying the fact that his body is healing BECAUSE today he can swat those bugs away or dead. Last year we sat a fan where ever he would sit so he would not get bit. He could of course move his arms but every motion was delayed and radical. Lord thank you for the healing and our amazing bodies. Father that we would Never forget where we have been and the humility you have taught us.

Where can you really get the nutrition needed to optimize health...

I know I have focused on the changes that have occurred with Gary with the ALS symptoms. We are also seeing healing with our daughters severe Crohnes Disease. As I am part of this group of wonderful people I am hearing so many testimonies to many health issues that with Reliv nutrition they have seen unbelievable turn around. It only makes sense. We have been seeking to get our nutrition better. Sometimes it is just emotional exhausting to go grocery shopping these days. So many all natural...organic...no gmo...no gluten...no hormones...so many labels do you believe them or not.Gary was taking Ensure or Boost 3 to 4 times a day we thought he was getting the nutrition he needed. I would guess not since the changes we have seen here in the last 30 days. I am so excited that I do not have to fight that fight any more. He is moving his toes it has been 3 years

Gary just showed me he can now move his toes it has been 3 years since he could wiggle his toes they just have been bent down under the front of his feet this is exciting. You do not know how exciting this is...oh my he sat in his recliner and told me kinda long and drawn out about what he was doing, and then he said I looked down and was looking on the floor about something he said then I seen my toes lift up and I was wiggling them. He says I know my toes I have been looking down at them for years. He just starts wiggling them now for me to see. I just got so excited we both had tears. It is amazing.Praise the Lord for the healing and the doors being open about this awesome opportunity. Thank you Jesus We do not know what all this means but for Gary Mitchell it means Praises to the Lord and pass me another Reliv shake. Kelly Bodager you just have to read this...I know you are sleeping  Thank you so much Kelly for and your family being used by God to help with this healing miracle Thank you for being willing. NEW HOPE Praise God for open doors and healing....

I find myself a little reluctant to get excited about the changes Gary is seeing taking the Reliv...we have had so many hopeful times in the last 4 1/2 year's only to become disappointed with again seeing the progression of this horrific disease squeezing ever ounce of life out of each one of us. WELL I AM HERE TO BOLDLY SHOUT OUT THE HEALING TAKING PLACE IN GARYS BODY...PRAISE THE LORD FOR THESE OPEN DOORS FOR GARY TO BE TAKING RELIV...
he is sleeping through thru the night
he is no longer sleeping 2 to 3 days in a row
his legs are stronger
his arms are stronger
his muscle movement is smoother
his digestive system is showing major improvement
his legs and feet seem to look normal no swelling or purple color
he has no muscle spasms after 3 days of use
he is able to roll over in bed
he does not get tangled in his sheets
he is not clearing his throat all the time
and gaging while eating it is amazing
he is standing with his walker for balance solely not for strength and rest.
he is picking up his feet to walk instead of dragging them
he has real shoes on 
Gary was diagnosed with Als Lou Gehrigs Disease in Dec 2009 ALS is a terminal illness with no possible cure... was also told he would live 4 to 7 months Gary has not tried anything new for over 1 year we had given up hope as lack of finances to many medical cost and my crazy work schedule and the entire families health has declined over the last few years...Praising God for our new HOPE ok I am passed being a little reluctant  lol :)

We are praying that the word of our need would spread so far and to so many that we would reach our goal as a answer to prayer and God providing. I know times are tough for so many and this is why it has taken so long to really come out and say what we need. But I do know $5 adds up real quick as it gets passed on to all my friends and then on to their friends.
